Delta Energy Systems (Germany) GmbH is a subsidiary of Delta Electronics (Thailand) PCL (established in 1988). They both belong to the Delta Group.
Delta Electronics Group (founded 1971) is the world's largest provider of switching power supplies and DC brushless fans, as well as a major source for power management solutions, components, visual displays, industrial automation, networking products, and renewable energy solutions.
