Replacement and Repair

In case, your inverter does not work as expected, we support you to reduce down-time.

Generally, there are two procedures available to support you quickly and unbureaucratically: replacement or repair.

Request for a replacement inverter

Note: The replacement of an inverter may only be performed by a qualified electrician!

  • To request a replacement inverter, please fill out the "Online Request Form for Replacement" and submit it to Delta Solar Support.
  • Our Solar Support Team then checks your request. If necessary one of our support team members will contact you for further clarification.
  • When a replacement is necessary, we organise shipping of both the replacement inverter and the old inverter. You usually receive the replacement inverter within a few business days after accepting your request.
  • The box contains the replacement inverter and a return label.
  • Put the defect inverter into box within 10 days, tape the box and glue the return label on the top of the box.
  • Then you call the parcel service to pick up the box.

Request for repair of an inverter

Note: Do not try to repair the inverter yourself! Always send the inverter to Delta for repair!

  • To request a repair, please fill out the "Online Request Form for Repair" and submit it to Delta Solar Support.
  • Send the inverter to the address given on the online request form.
  • Your inverter will be repaired and sent back to you.
